Renowned global thief Cyrus is accompanied by an experienced squad that includes Denton, pilot Camila, hacker Mi-Sun, safecracker Magnus, and engineer Luke. They carry out two simultaneous heists: they stage the abduction of NFT artist N8 in Venice and pilfer a painting by Van Gogh in London. In order to pay for the acquisition of N8’s NFTs, Cyrus arranges the theft of the Van Gogh, which greatly raises the NFTs’ value. After arresting Denton, Interpol agent Abby Gladwell—a previous flame of Cyrus’s—offers the group a deal: help apprehend millionaire Lars Jorgenson, who intends to manipulate stocks by working with hacker collective Leviathan to flood Europe.
With Abby’s grudging cooperation, the crew sets out to steal gold en way to Leviathan in an attempt to foil Jorgenson’s scheme. They make use of a private plane operated by art collector Molsen, which is flown beneath a commercial aircraft by Camila. By manipulating radar signals, Mi-Sun is able to direct the aircraft to a private airfield. Jorgenson speeds up the gold cargo, complicating the plan, but the crew manages to reroute the aircraft. Magnus manages to escape on the ground after a crash landing caused by a hijack attempt. After capturing Abby, Cyrus, and Camila, the jet loaded with riches makes its way to Jorgenson’s mansion.
NATO is ordered by Interpol to shoot down the jet in an attempt to stop the gold from getting to Jorgenson. In order to avert catastrophe, Harry helps Camila notify the pilots that there are hostages on board. At Jorgenson’s villa, there is a crash landing following another altercation. When the Carabinieri show up, Cyrus reveals Jorgenson’s transgressions using N8’s NFT technology. Disillusioned with Interpol, Abby quits and goes to work with Cyrus. Subsequently, Cyrus discloses that the team celebrated their achievement by exchanging the gold shipment for painted iron bars. Cyrus and Abby rekindle their romance in the middle of victory.
